"I’m Md Shaheen Alam from University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. It is the leading University of my country. I grew up in a remote village of Satkhira, which is the district at the border side of south-western Bangladesh. I am a student of Statistics, Biostatistics and Informatics. I always loved mathematics and statistics is the application of it. Besides I read science fiction and novels, especially authors like Sharat Chandra and Humayun Ahmed. I always prefer to play cricket, but I can play football, badminton too and like cycling. My aim is to be a researcher of statistics. So I want to get one higher degree from abroad. I always dream of me as an entrepreneur with my own research firm. I want to do something for people and animals which are helpless. I’m thankful to Waali giving me a scholarship. Financial crisis always puts me back. This help will support me to carry on. My good wish is always with Waali. "
